The US government aggravated Iraq and Iran, telling both to go to war while funding both sides.
Now, the US is "mediating" the Sunnis and Shias and it's crumbing Iraq to a compressed piece of shit.

The government also attempts to aggravate those opposed to them, though we understand that.

This is the same technique parents use among siblings. Take a task of labor, and say whoever finishes first is better or something. Then they maximize output as they are trying to. Simply breaking logical boundaries, nothing more.
